Tips for a reminder that gets paid
- Send it before the due date, not after. Two or three days ahead works best.
- Show the working for electricity: previous and current reading, units and rate. Tenants question totals, not arithmetic they can see.
- Include your UPI ID so paying takes one step.
- Carry forward the balance clearly instead of mixing it into the rent figure.
- Stay polite even when rent is late — ask if there is a difficulty and give a clear date.
